By leveraging market research and running creative workshops, we worked with the Hotai team to prioritize stakeholder insights, reimagining the travel service model and building a one-stop digital platform that covers everything from trip discovery to departure.

We first conducted field research on CMP (China Metal Products) members and shops along Calligraphy Greenway, which led to a proposal for an app redesign. Our redesign successfully increased user engagement and integrated distinctive local features and businesses, allowing users to immerse themselves in a unique OMO (Online-Merge-Offline) experience.

By integrating features such as EasyCard name registration, automatic wallet top-up, and cloud invoice storage, we strengthened the interaction between EasyCard and mobile payments. In just six months, Goons and EasyCard Corporation worked together to complete the development of a 0-to-1 electronic payment solution that complies with regulatory and security standards. After the launch, the app's ratings successfully increased from 2.1 stars to 4.8 stars on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

This project is a fund information disclosure platform for Cathay Securities Investment Trust Co., Ltd. In this project, Goons redefined the membership tier system, using a multi-step process to guide newsletter subscribers through membership upgrades. Additionally, the homepage was re-curated to highlight top-performing funds, offering users a variety of filtering and comparison tools, along with direct links for purchase guidance.

果思與遠傳合作進行 friDay 影音平台 UXUI 設計案，進行長達 1.5 年，跨各種裝置與平台的整體用戶使用體驗研究與 UXUI 設計落實計畫案。
本案分別對十餘種用戶類型，進行多人訪談與需求分析，並與遠傳各部門進行跨單位溝通討論，最終獲得雙平台平均 4.5 顆星的高度評價。

果思在本案中重塑 APP 視覺，打造符合年輕世代偏好的全新印象；同時簡化預約流程與繁雜取車流程，確保用戶三步以內租得到車、一分鐘內自助完成取車。雙平台均獲得 4.6 顆星以上的高度評價。
